Due to an issue with the water supply system, Lytham Primary Care Centre has had to close.
Repairs are being carried out and it is anticipated the building will reopen next week.
Some appointments have had to be rearranged and all patients affected have been notified.
Anyone needing to book an appointment with Holland House Surgery should continue to do so as normal, however you may be seen at an alternative site or be spoken to over the phone.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank all patients for their continued support and patience.
Windmill Pharmacy remains open as normal, however it can only be accessed by the side door and not via the main building entrance.
