Holland House Flu Clinics 2020

We now have appointments for flu vaccinations available to book either by telephone or online for patients who are aged over 65. We also have appointments available for patients aged under 65 but you MUST be in the at risk category to be eligible for a vaccination at this time. If you aren’t sure if you qualify for this programme, then please check with one of our Reception team before booking.

The Government has not yet made any information available for the vaccination programme for patients aged 50 – 64 without a chronic disease. We are not expecting that this will be received before November 2020.

Coronavirus – COVID-19

Please see our Facebook Page – Holland House Surgery – for all of the latest information on how the practice is working during the COVID-19 pandemic. You will also find lots of information on services available locally to help those who are in self isolation and you can keep up to date on what’s happening in general.

Coronavirus – Appointment Update

Appointments Update

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, as of today the surgery will not have any pre bookable face to face appointments. All appointments will be book on the day as telephone calls. All patients who book an appointment will be sent a coronavirus triage survey via a text message which must be filled in for appointments to go ahead. If you do not have a mobile phone these triage questions will be completed when you speak to a member of staff when you book a telephone slot. We are introducing these measures for both patient and staff safety.

For those with mobile phones you will be able to book telephone slots online using the MyGP app. If you don’t already have this installed, you can download it from the relevant appstore or if you have a PC / tablet, please visit the MyGP website https://www.mygp.com/

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
