Coronavirus – Appointment Update
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, as of today the surgery will not have any pre bookable face to face appointments. All appointments will be book on the day as telephone calls. All patients who book an appointment will be sent a coronavirus triage survey via a text message which must be filled in for appointments to go ahead. If you do not have a mobile phone these triage questions will be completed when you speak to a member of staff when you book a telephone slot. We are introducing these measures for both patient and staff safety.
For those with mobile phones you will be able to book telephone slots online using the MyGP app. If you don’t already have this installed, you can download it from the relevant appstore or if you have a PC / tablet, please visit the MyGP website https://www.mygp.com/

Please note that Holland House Surgery will be closed on Thursday 2nd August 2018 from 12:30pm until 5:00pm for staff training. The closure applies to both the Lytham and Freckleton sites. Patients requiring urgent assistance during that period should call 0300 123 1144 or for medical emergencies, dial 999.
