Holland House will be running our flu clinics on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October from 8am -5:30pm. Invites will be sent out in the next few weeks. You will be able to book these online or via our reception team.
PPG Volunteer Secretary
Holland House Surgery have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is a group of volunteers from the patient community. We are looking to attract a patient who would like to join our Group on a voluntary basis and provide support at the meetings. The role includes the taking and provision of minutes, managing the content of the agenda, setting up meetings (including virtual) and supporting papers, etc. We believe this role is pivotal to the effectiveness of the group. Update on Infant Self-Feeding Pillow Safety Warning
Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) has just advised that following a discussion with the OPSS this morning, they’ve issued an Urgent Safety Alert regarding the product.
Product Safety Alert: Baby Self-Feeding Pillows / Prop Feeders (PSA3) – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Consumers should immediately stop using these products and dispose of them safely. Trading Standards advised the adverts had already taken down on eBay, Wish, Fruugo and they were working with Amazon – hopefully this alert will mean the remaining products will be delisted.
