Test results are available Monday to Friday during office hours. For tests ordered by the practice you will normally be told how to obtain the results. In most cases we would be able to give the result over the telephone. Some results are better discussed or need clarification and you may be asked to see the doctor. This does not imply there is a problem
Each patient is registered with the surgery and you are free to see any of the doctors. If your usual doctor is unavailable then one of the other doctors would be able to offer you assistance. Consultations at Lytham and at Freckleton Health Centre are by appointment only. Prebookable appointments are available at both the main and branch sites.
If you have any comments or suggestions (positive or negative) regarding the appointments system, please contact the surgery and we will be happy to listen to your views.
Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel the appointement, helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
