The average pay for GPs working at Holland House Surgery in the last financial tax year ended 31/3/23 before tax & NI was £70313 (for a full time equivalent GP). These figures relate to 1 full time and 3 part time GP Partners during the surgery financial year ending April 2022. The Surgery also employed and continues to employ Salaried GP and Locum GPs where required. There were 4 salaried GPs and 1 locum GP employed during this period.
It should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the Practice and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
